The Role: Inside Sales Executive
We're on the hunt for a confident, outgoing and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive with a passion for communications and outbound outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls, emails and social touches to generate leads and book meetings
- Engage prospects with compelling messaging tailored to their industry and pain points
- Follow up on inbound leads and marketing campaigns
- Qualify leads and hand off opportunities to senior sales and consulting teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records and regularly report on pipeline activity and performance
- Liaise across both Marketing Eye and Robotic Marketer teams to represent both offerings effectively
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of inside sales, SDR, or outbound lead generation experience (more is welcomed)
- Excellent phone manner and strong written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn
- Familiarity with CRMs, outreach tools and digital marketing a plus
- A growth mindset with the ability to pivot quickly, ask smart questions and close appointments
