They have this incredibly cute store in Hawthorn that is accompanied by a chocolate making facility that sculptures chocolate for special occasions – weddings, corporate gifts, fathers day, mothers day – you name it.
Whilst many Australian’s think chocolate is a Cadbury bar, those in the know know that it is so far from the case – it is ridiculous. Chocolate is a real art and here is a talented duo, in Melbourne, that are making a big impact.

Last night I attended the launch of Essjai’s new range of jewellery. Over 100 people attended an exclusive launch in Malvern, Victoria, which included a fashion parade and well-known journalist, Martine Griffiths from Channell 10 giving a keynote speech about her travels as a journalist. Women are embracing the ‘party plan’ jewellery industry, whereby they can view stunning pieces in the comforts of a home with friends over a cup of coffee or a glass of champagne.
Today I received the first call of the year from a client wanting to get organised with gifts for Christmas for key clients. You may think that he has allocated too much time to organise, but for many companies, the last minute rush means that not enough thought has gone into it and the gift really does not depict the type of relationship that exists with client and supplier.
